"My title sayed it all in my experience in every trade there is always the "go to guy", this is the one employee that is a notch or two above the rest from framing a house to training a pet gold fish this "go to guy" or girl I should say pretty much now the answer to any question you might have and if not off the top of there head there excited about obtaining new knowledge through finding the answer. I love this guy/girl they make my experience in a store not one of feeling like I'm an idiot cause I don't all ready no that answer. I mean it is my bike right. Or like " I'm off in ten min. I could really care less if the make a stage three jet kit for your, what was it again a 2008 it a KTL oh KTM sorry . I wish I could remeber his name so ill just call him the " go to guy" and I have had the pleasure of having him assist me twice now both times I was fortunate enough to be passed off to him and rightfully so he is the only one I know of in the place with an extensive knowledge base of bikes, parts, accessories and their real world applications. Its amazing what actually being interested in what you are doing will take an average here's your spark plug visit, and turn it into a, I'll look it up and make a phone call or two and let you know, but I'm sure somebody"s gotta make a stage three jet kit for your KTM but here's your spark plug for now and take this up to the cashiers and they will get your clutch cable on order anything else I can help you with today, experience. So my helmet is off to the "go to guy". And then next time I visit I will be sure to give you part two name inclusive, cause in my opinion he deserves to be recognised. "

The sales associate was nice and fairly knowledgeable. Subtracted one star because they charged me $52 for thinneer cheekpads even though Shoei would have exchanged them for free were they unused. I learned this after the fact, wish the sales associate would have told me so I would not have waste the $52."
